Honey Badger Silver Inc

Honey Badger Silver is a silver company based in White Rock, British Columbia focused on the accretive acquisition and development of silver ounces. The company is led by a highly experienced leadership team with a track record of value creation backed by a skilled technical team. Our projects are located in areas with a long history of mining, including the Plata high grade silver project located 165 km east of Yukon’s prolific Keno Hill and our Sunrise Lake exploration property located in the Northwest Territories, 130 kilometers northeast of Yellowknife. The Company also has a significant land holding at the Nanisivik Mine Area located in Nunavut, Canada that produced over 20 Moz of silver between 1976 and 2002. Honey Badger Silver is positioned to be a top tier silver company with our unique approach of acquiring silver resources and prospective ground at low cost and adding value by targeted exploration on the steepest parts of the value-addition curve. Our objective is to demonstrate the value / prospectiveness of our silver projects in order to attract joint venture partners who will spend their money to advance our projects while we retain a royalty on the silver.

CEO & Director

Dorian L. (Dusty) Nicol

Mr. Nicol is a MIT-graduate geologist with over 47 years of experience worldwide in minerals exploration and mining. He has managed exploration programs leading to discovery of over 3,000,000 ounces of gold in North America, Latin America, central Asia and Europe. At Jerritt Canyon, Nevada, he managed the exploration program which discovered over 1,500,000 ounces of gold at a discovery cost of $18 / ounce. His exploration program at the Tulkubash oxide deposit, Kyrgyzstan, added over 600,000 ounces of gold to M&I Resource in the first year, at a discovery cost of $11.40 / ounce. In addition to Mr. Nicol’s worldwide exploration experience, he has managed the construction, development and operation of open pit and underground gold mines in Nevada and in Sinaloa, Mexico, just north of the Analog projects. Dusty has held senior corporate positions on several publicly listed companies, as a CEO, VP-Exploration, and Director. Dusty is a Professional Geologist, a Chartered Geologist (UK), and a Fellow of the Australiasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and of the Society of Economic Geologists.

Dan O’Brien

Mr. O’Brien is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and has 20 years’ experience working with public companies in the resource industry. He is also the Chief Financial Officer for a number of publicly listed exploration companies trading on the TSX-V exchange. Mr. O’Brien was previously a senior manager at a leading Canadian accounting firm where he specialized in the audit of public companies in the mining and resource sector.

Chad Williams

Chad Williams has an extensive background in capital markets and business management. He is the founder and Chairman of Red Cloud Mining Capital, Inc., Blue Thunder Mining Inc., and Sharechest. Mr. Williams also serves on the board of Golden Tag Resources Ltd. and Karora Resources Inc. He was one of the founders of both Agilith Capital Inc. and Westwind Capital Inc., as well as the former CEO of Victoria Gold Corp. and former Head of Mining Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital Inc. Prior to these positions, Mr. Williams was a top-ranked mining analyst at TD Bank and other Canadian brokerage firms in Toronto. He is the executive producer for the motion picture Red Rover. He is also a founder of Hot Rod Publishing, a music company. Chad Williams is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, having received a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration from McGill University.

Mr. Briggs has significant expertise in managing social license and environmental issues including rehabilitation of brown fields locations and historic environmental impacts. He has been in many senior management roles including Managing Director, COO and numerous VPs and or Project Management positions in domestic and international organizations. He is a professional engineer (CO & WY) with over 30 years of industry experience in both underground and surface mine operations holding a BS in Mining Engineering and MS in Agricultural engineering from the University of Wyoming. Sixth generation mining engineer from Ouray, Colorado.

John H. Hill is Principal of Rexerro Capital, Ltd. a natural resource investment firm based in San Francisco. He was previously Partner at Cambrian Capital, L.P., a resource fund managing +$2 B across energy, mining, chemicals, and industrials. He served as Director, Metals & Mining for Citigroup Investment Research, where he was ranked by Institutional Investor and Greenwich Associates. Prior positions include Director, Business Development for Echo Bay Mines (mid-tier gold miner); Manager, INCO Ltd. exploration & technical services (senior nickel miner); and various industrial minerals operating roles. He has worked on mining projects in over 15 countries, has testified to US Congress on mineral policy issues, and served as Chairman of the Denver Gold Group. He holds a B.A. in Geology from Middlebury College, an M.Sc. in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

George Topping is an experienced mining professional with over 30 years of practical and analytical experience in a wide range of commodities and listed mining equities. He worked for 12 years in the South African industry, gaining underground production management experience prior to commencing a 25-year capital markets career covering Canadian listed mining equities. He is a well-regarded mining analyst and was most recently at iA Capital Markets and before that, as CEO of Wolfden Resources, a publicly traded junior mining company. Mr. Topping holds a BSc Mining Engineering.

Stephen Kibsey

Stephen Kibsey has over thirty years of experience as an investment professional and currently does ESG coaching and mentoring for various organizations. He worked for 21 years at one of Canada’s largest investment institutions (CDPQ) as analyst, portfolio manager, business unit risk manager, and more recently as a vice-president in the Investment Stewardship group. He also held the position of vice-president of Canadian equities during his ten years at one of Canada’s largest corporate pension funds (BIMCOR). Stephen has for many years been at the forefront of responsible investment through his involvement with the creation of the Sustainable Investment Professional Certificate and the Sustainability Ecosystem at Concordia University. He lectured at the Goodman Institute on risk management in investment portfolio construction and Sustainability Finance and Accounting at McGill University and Queen’s University. Stephen was a member of the Mining Association of Canada-Community of Interest Panel which gave feedback on the Toward Sustainable Mining protocols for 9 years and was one of the founding members of the Finance and Sustainability Initiative in Montreal. He sat on the Investment Committee and Risk Sub-committee of the McConnell Foundation in Montreal for 6 years. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining, a MBA, a SIPC, and was a CFA from 1991 to 2019. He has been recognized as a Brendan-Wood Top Gun portfolio manager from 2008-2010.

Quentin Yarie, SIAST, CCI

Mr. Yarie is an experienced geophysicist and a successful entrepreneur with extensive project management and business development experience. He was previously the Business Development Officer at Geotech Ltd, a geo-physical airborne survey company, and a Senior Representative of Sales and Business Development for Aeroquest Limited. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Yarie was a partner of a specialized environmental and engineering consulting group where he managed a number of large projects including the ESA of the Sydney Tar Ponds, the closure of the Canadian Forces Bases in Germany and the Maritime and Northeast Pipeline Project. Mr. Yarie currently serves as President and CEO for Red Pine Exploration Inc. and President and CEO for MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd., both resource exploration companies headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

Jean-Francois Montreuil, Ph.D. INRS-ETE

Dr. Montreuil has over 10 years experience in defining and exploring complex hydrothermal systems related to precious and base metals in Canada. Since 2016, Dr. Montreuil held senior management positions with Red Exploration, MacDonald Mines Exploration and Honey Badger Exploration. Dr. Montreuil holds a doctoral degree in Earth Sciences from INRS-ETE (Quebec City) and master degree in Earth Sciences from Laval University (Quebec City).
