Honey Badger Silver is developing a royalty and streaming business focused on silver assets, designed to create long-term shareholder value and recurring silver income.
In 2024, Honey Badger established Honey Badger Silver Royalty Inc. (HBSR), a wholly owned subsidiary created to hold and grow the Company’s portfolio of silver royalties.
Honey Badger shareholders maintain 100% ownership of this royalty platform through their ownership of Honey Badger Silver shares.
The goal is to build a multi-dimensional silver investment vehicle that combines:

Physical silver exposure
Silver yield generation
This strategy positions Honey Badger to participate in the silver market through multiple value-creating channels.
Strategic Partnership with Monetary Metals
In October 2025, Honey Badger entered a strategic partnership with Monetary Metals & Co., the pioneer of gold and silver-denominated fixed-income investments.
This partnership allows Honey Badger to earn physical silver income by deploying silver from our future royalty and streaming portfolio into Monetary Metals’ silver lease and bond programs.
